Shipping
All online orders are processed and shipped next business day.
For any special delivery instructions please include these in the ‘notes’ section during checkout.
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders will take 3-5 business days to arrive for Standard delivery and 2-3 business days for Express delivery. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive tracking information from us. If you have not received any tracking information, please check your spam folder for any emails from info@lekka.co.uk
If you do not receive tracking information within 2 business days of your order please get in touch with us via Contact Us or email us at info@lekka.co.uk so we can assist you.
What do I do if I haven't received any tracking information?
If you have not received any tracking information, please check your spam folder for any emails from info@lekka.co.uk. If you have not received any emails about your parcel, feel free to get in touch via our Live Chat or email us at info@lekka.co.uk.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Please note that you may be subject to Customs or Duties depending on the country of destination.
Returns
Please note all returns must be received 'as new', in their original packaging and with all swing tags attached or it will not be accepted.

How do I return an item?
Simply contact us at info@lekka.co.uk with your order number and we will be happy to assist you.
Do you offer free returns?
We are unable to offer free returns for change of mind purchases, however if you receive a faulty or incorrect item we will gladly cover the cost of return shipping.
Orders
I didn't receive an order confirmation, what should I do?
You should receive your order confirmation as soon as your order has been processed online. If you do not receive a confirmation within an hour please follow the below steps:
Check your account to ensure the order was processed, if you created one.
Check your spam folder for an email from info@lekka.co.uk.
If you still have no luck email us at info@lekka.co.uk or jump on Live Chat and we will ensure your confirmation is resent ASAP.
I have received an incorrect or faulty item. What do I do?
Please contact us at info@lekka.co.uk and we will find a solution for you ASAP.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Shop Pay.
How is my order packaged?
Your order is packaged in a cardboard box with 100% recycled paper.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Unfortunately we do no offer gift wrapping at this stage.
Can I make a change to my order?
If you have made a mistake or need to change your order please contact us ASAP on info@lekka.co.uk and we will try to fix this for you prior to your goods being dispatched. We will not be able to make any changes to you order once it has been dispatched.

The product I want to order is sold out. When will it be restocked?
We recommend you use the 'Email When Available' function within the product page as you will be notified as soon as the product is restocked.
